‘Listing Presentation’ is the industry term for the formal
presentation that Realtors make to a home’s sellers to earn
their confidence and to help gauge their compatibility. Just
as all home sellers are not the same, all Realtors are not the
same! It is important for both parties to establish a working
relationship.

Market Analysis will tell you how I propose to sell your home,
for as much as the market will bear and within your time
frame. I will tell you where your home will be advertised,
both in print and on the Web. There has been a dramatic growth
in homebuyers using the Web, and therefore, it is very
important that your Realtor have a Web-based vehicle to
advertise your property.
You
will find out what your home is worth. Together, we will
compare your home to others like it that have recently sold
and to others that are currently on the market.
I have found that is an objective way of determining
the fair market value of your home.
