A good Real Estate agent will do all that she can to make the process of Buying or Selling your home a positive and fulfilling experience.
A good Realtor listens to you.
I am an accredited Realtor with the National Association of Realtors practicing within the professional guidelines set forth by this national organization. Not all real estate agents are Realtors.
When you choose me to represent you, if you are a buyer, you have chosen an agent who is an Accredited Buyers' Representative (ABR). If you are selling, you have chosen an agent with hundreds of successful seller side transactions in her history. If you are a Senior, buying or selling real estate, you have chosen a Seniors' Real Estate Specialist. This designation is earned by advanced real estate education and testing, enabling the holder of this designation to work with all aspects of Senior moves.
My boutique style practice allows me to handle all clients directly. I do not use assistants or unlicensed personnel to handle any aspect of your transaction. I am personally with you all the way from the initial meeting, to touring or listing your home, through the negotiations, at the home inspection, and to the settlement table and beyond.
I have access to all multi-listed properties locally and nationally. If your move takes you out of the DE-PA area, I have personal relationships with many Realtors in other states. I am also a Relocation Specialist with access to the many unique processes involved with this type of move.
The quality of your transaction and your satisfaction are measure of my success.

Now could be the time to sell and buy a new home, and earn an even bigger slice of the real estate pie.
The conventional wisdom when selling a home has always been to wait until the ‘Spring Buying Season’. Over the years, that has seemed to make sense and is now accepted as a good strategy for those who want to sell their house and receive the best possible price. This real estate market has shattered many previously held beliefs. The wisdom of waiting for a spring market is another belief that is about to fall. Here are five reasons why?
